At Chapter 3 Fitness, I help you become fit in your body, mind and soul.
Together, we’ll explore 3 levels of Living:
- Living Unconsciously
- Living Consciously
- Living from your Intuition, (Inner Voice, Higher Self, the Spiritual Being of you…)
We’re Spiritual Beings having a Human Experience.
The Human Experience involves getting tossed around by life, and those ups and downs of getting tossed around bring uncertainty.
But, we’re not just Human —we’re also Divine Beings, and the Divine Being of us is NOT getting tossed around.
Our Divine Being is not uncertain. She is the watcher of us. She watches with full Trust, Compassion and Love knowing that “all is well --always.”

My name is Lori Donnelly... I’m a certified Life Coach and Inner Voice Facilitator.
I’m 61 -- in my 3rd generation (Chapter) of life.
I love Physical Fitness, but I love “Non-Physical Fitness” even more --becoming fit in the non-physical aspects of intuition, soul, being, spirit, and energy!

Pricing for a Single Session
1 - LIVING UNCONSCIOUSLY —You live without knowing that it’s your thoughts (not your circumstances) that affect your reality.
2 - LIVING CONSCIOUSLY - You are aware that your thoughts are powerful and that you can literally “think things into being.” You actively manage your mind to move towards the results you want in life.
3 - LiVING FROM THE COUNSEL OF YOUR INTUITION You find that voice inside and go to it often for guidance and reassurance.
If you’re at Level 1 or 2 and want help managing your mind, LIFE COACHING can help! It is a powerful tool that can provide life-changing results.
If you want to explore Level 3, I can help you open up a clear-er path to your intuition —at this level your INNER VOICE becomes the guide, teacher and counselor of your life.

30-60 minutes for a LIFE COACHING Session
60-90 minutes for an INNER VOICE Session
30 minutes - EMOTIONAL CLEARING Session
The schedule will appear in thirty minute increments Book 1, 2 or 3 thirty-minute sessions back to back, accordingly.
I will send an email prior to our session to collect payment via Venmo or PayPal.
